USA Shipping

• Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is optional.

• Orders are shipped by Canadapost Expedited. Insurance is optional.

• International shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Airmail, insurance not included.
• Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery, and are the buyer's responsibility. All international shipments are valued at the actual sale price (not including shipping) on the Customs forms - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Delivery Times vary, so please allow adequate time for your parcel to arrive. Estimates for delivery are as follows:

• United States - 3 to 7 business days
• Canada - 3 to 9 business days
• International - usually 2 to 4 weeks, but can be up to 6 weeks
• Please note: Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays
• Orders usually ship in 1 to 3 business days
• Store hrs are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm PST

Shipping Insurance

All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage. However, to protect your investment it is a good idea to purchase postal insurance when offered, as we are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged by the postal service. 

Orders are normally shipped within 1 - 3 business days. You will be contacted promptly if any items in your order are backordered. No additional shipping charges will apply to backordered items shipped separately.
