Clean sounding with chimey tones, great articulation, string-to-string definition and "quack" in the in-between 2 and 4 switch positions. Great for country, classic blues, rock-a-billy, Americana and roots rock. The True Vintage set has incredible clarity that makes all the notes crystal clear and still retains the slightly warmer vintage sound.
This set is sold as a set of 3, middle pickup is not RWRP just like the pre CBS pickups!
Construction: Forbon bobbins, Cast Alnico magnets, scatter wound Formvar magnet wire, lightly wax potted and finished off with cloth braided hook-up wire from the same manufacturer that has supplied pickup-makers since the 1950s.
