Our parts are professional quality aftermarket items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at info@ezramusic.net. In your email, please include the order and item number and your user ID. If we make a mistake and send the wrong part, we will take care of it and cover all costs.
Refunds
- We must receive the original item before a replacement is shipped out, or refund is processed.
- There is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
- Shipping charges cannot be recovered, so are non-refundable.
- We refund via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will issue a refund by money order in USD.
