Our parts are professional quality aftermarket items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at info@ezramusic.net. In your email, please include the order and item number and your user ID. If we make a mistake and send the wrong part, we will take care of it and cover all costs.

Buyer must request a return in advance within 3 days of receipt of item, no exceptions. No unauthorized returns will be accepted for any reason.
If the item is being returned, you will be given return instructions and an RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number).
The returned item(s) must be packaged in the original packaging, in original condition and including all parts. Missing or damaged parts will void refund. Buyer-damaged items not eligible for return.
ELECTRONICS RETURN POLICY PLEASE READ! As electronic parts are generally not reusable, we cannot accept returns on them unless they are DOA. Electronics (Pickups, Caps, Switches, Jacks, Assemblies) will receive an exchange or full refund if they are defective as long as no damage has been done during installation. Pickups may not be returned after they have been installed unless they do not work correctly.
Please include the RMA#, order and item# and your user ID on packing slip.
The return must be shipped via USPS or Canadapost and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
